Do I need a referral?

No you do not need a referral to access our services. Referral's are only required when trying to claim Medicare rebates or other third party payments.

Do you offer home visits?

Yes we provide the option for home visits for all our services. A travel fee will be charged depending on distance/time travelled. Home visits must be discussed at time of booking and availability may depend on current case-loads.

Do you accept private health funds?

Accepted Answer

Yes we accept all health funds (e.g. HCF, Bupa, AHM, Teacher's health fund etc). Claiming methods may vary depending on which service you access. Please scroll down for more information.

Do you have parking available?

Accepted Answer

South Wentworthville: Yes we have parking and disabled parking available with ramp access into the clinic. Parking accessed through the driveway and at the rear of the clinic. Be wary of other vehicles that may be exiting as there is only room for one care in the driveway at a time.Emu Plains: Plenty of street parking available or a carpark located at the shopping centre across the road. Ramp and stair access into the clinic.

Do you treat patient's with NDIS funding?

Yes we treat patients with plan-managed or self-managed funding.

What if I am running late to my appointment?

Accepted Answer

If you are running more than 5 minutes late to an appointment, please call us to ensure there will still be adequate time for a session. We want to make sure that we can provide an effective treatment in the time given, and ensure that other patients are not left waiting longer for their appointment.
