When looking for new employment, some employers require you to undertake a pre-employment functional assessment as part of their screening process. This commonly involves a cardiovascular endurance test, range of motion testing, special testing, postural tolerances and lifting assessments. We have worked with many workplaces and pre-employment agencies who all provide their own unique testing criteria, or we have ready-made screening and functional assessment templates should you require to engage in an assessment prior to beginning work. Drug and alcohol testing is also provided on-site if requested as part of the assessment.
